As Member Experience Supervisor, you act as delegate to the Experience Manager while coaching and inspiring staff. You help the team hit sales goals and targets, while achieving your own. You also match members’ needs, interests, and goals with suitable Club products, services, and people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and motivate staff toward sales goals
- Share experience and knowledge with the team
- Achieve personal sales goals and targets
- Engage members and potential members at arrival
- Manage and resolve membership concerns

Requirements:

- Two or more years of related customer experience
- One or more years of sales experience
- Ability to explain previous sales success
- Ability to demonstrate meaningful customer growth
- Availability for early mornings, days, afternoons, weekends
