As Production Supervisor, Cutter grind, you will manage department employees and daily operations within the Longueuil Manufacturing Center. The department manufactures specialized cutting tools and re-sharpens standard tools for diverse engine programs. You will support production, technological innovation, and quality standards while working with more than 23 sharpeners.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily manufacturing operations for multiple cutting tools
Promote health and safety practices and behaviours
Achieve EHS, quality, delivery, performance, and cost indicators




Coordinate with production teams and support functions
Hire employees, monitor training, and support team leaders
Requirements: DEC or bachelor's degree with five years relevant experience
Three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
Fluent French and functional English communication
Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts and machining methods
Organization, multitasking, autonomy, and ethical sense
