As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, you will provide information, support, and solutions for Movex modular conveyor belts and components. You will work with sales, operations, and the global team while developing product and industry knowledge. The position centers on responsive customer communication and accurate service.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Explain Movex products and services accurately
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve concerns
Document interactions and maintain organized records
Coordinate timely solutions with internal teams
Requirements: Associate's degree or higher
One to three years of relevant experience
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn
Comfort with basic computer systems; SAP experience is beneficial
