As a Customer Service Representative in BMO’s Retail Banking Sales & Service family, you will support everyday banking and credit card needs. You will identify customer requirements, provide financial solution guidance, and collaborate with branch colleagues and BMO partners. The role welcomes candidates without prior experience, while post-secondary study or related certification is desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and complete banking transactions and service requests
Identify needs and refer customers to BMO colleagues
Explain digital and self-serve banking options




Review profiles and discuss everyday banking and credit cards
Reconcile cash and support branch operational activities
Requirements: No prior experience required; related post-secondary study desirable
Knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers
Confidence using tablets, smartphones, social media, and online tools
Robust interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
