Administer medications and assess residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Hallmark on the Park in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This temporary part time assignment covers maternity leave.
At Baptist Housing, this LPN supports an Assisted Living Community using the Wellness Model of Care. The position leads the community team, maintains continuity of care, and supports resident independence, safety, and well-being. You will work with the Wellness Manager on complex cases and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care under BCLNP standards and ethics
Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing resident assessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
Consult the Wellness Manager about complex medical needs




Maintain records, communicate changes, and provide shift reports
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse diploma from recognized post-secondary institution
Good standing with BCCNM and active LPN membership
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Food Safe Certificate
Compassionate communication, resilience, and adaptability
Bring clinical assessment, medication administration, and collaborative leadership to residents receiving supportive care at Hallmark on the Park.
