Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop Leasing Consultants toward occupancy targets
Drive leasing performance across stabilized assets and new developments
Adjust strategies using market and competitive insights
Execute promotions and outreach initiatives to maximize occupancy




Report, forecast, and recommend leasing performance actions
Requirements: Five to eight years of residential leasing experience
Three to five years leading or managing teams
Proven multi-residential occupancy and leasing target success
Knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
Robust analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities
