Serve TD customers in St. Catharines through accurate financial transactions, banking advice, and positive branch experiences. This is a 15-hour position.
As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also includes resolving concerns, promoting solutions, and supporting team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




Promote banking solutions and complete timely business processes
Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Robust administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate, and effective communication skills
