This Manufacturing Supervisor leads production employees across daily shop floor operations. The work emphasizes coaching, workforce planning, production tracking, and ERP transactions. You will coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to keep schedules moving.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production operations and shop floor activities
Assign work, priorities, and manpower resources
Monitor workflows, bottlenecks, and corrective actions
Lead production status meetings and action tracking




Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives
Requirements: Five to seven years of manufacturing supervisory experience
College diploma or degree in a related field preferred
Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools
Solid leadership, coaching, communication, and development abilities
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis
Lead Shred-Tech production through effective supervision, ERP reporting, employee development, and disciplined manufacturing execution.
