As part of the RPN role at Providence Care, you will work closely within an inter-professional team to support patients' clinical needs. This includes developing individualized nursing care plans, managing medical regimes, and fostering an setting that addresses emotional and social dimensions of patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Compile comprehensive nursing histories from various sources
• Design goal-focused nursing care plans with patients




• Execute clinical interventions as per nursing standards
• Adhere strictly to all prescribed medical routines
• Continuously evaluate and adjust nursing care plans

Requirements:
• Active license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification is mandatory
• A college certificate is required; diploma is preferred
• Medication Certificate post-1985 if required
• Identify and consult on unusual patient responses
