Operate highway equipment for Webber in Ontario, using snow removal, road maintenance, and traffic control skills. Seasonal work supports contracted infrastructure assets.
As an AZ DZ Seasonal Equipment Operator, you will work under an Operations Manager or Area Supervisor. Maintain roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, and vegetation according to contract standards. The work includes equipment operation, surface repairs, emergency response, and right-of-way maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Remove snow and ice using snow removal or sanding equipment
Repair highways, signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, and potholes
Operate tractors, graders, mowers, sweepers, and other equipment
Set up and remove traffic control devices




Transport crews and equipment to assigned work sites
Requirements: Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license and acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years’ related outdoor maintenance or construction experience preferred
Ability to communicate in English and follow written instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Bring equipment operation, highway maintenance, and safety awareness to Webber’s Ontario infrastructure operations as a seasonal operator.
