Lead facility maintenance teams at BGIS through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, safety oversight, and preventative maintenance delivery. This is a regular, full time position.
The Maintenance Team Lead oversees Technicians delivering preventative, corrective, routine, and on-demand maintenance. The position provides technical guidance, monitors compliance, and collaborates with BGIS departments. It also performs facility mechanical and electrical maintenance, inspections, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Technician activities and performance within assigned facilities
Champion safety protocols, training, assessments, and investigations
Guide troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and maintenance execution
Manage work orders, priorities, documentation, and progress
Communicate with clients, occupants, management, and vendors
Requirements: Five years of facility operations and maintenance experience
High school diploma plus trades training and certification
Ability to lead a team of individuals
Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
Knowledge of fire, life, safety, and building codes
Bring maintenance leadership, safety ownership, and technical troubleshooting expertise to BGIS facility operations as Maintenance Team Lead.
