Key Responsibilities: Manage cross-border seller programs with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor seller performance and operational metrics
Identify trends and recommend process improvements
Analyze and resolve operational issues
Improve seller and customer experiences across marketplaces
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required
One to two years of day-to-day operations or logistics experience
Retail Merchandising, Operations, or eCommerce experience is an asset
Comfort with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an asset
Minimum age of 16
