Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on performance management and complex employee relations
Support workforce planning and local business requirements
Oversee training programs and evaluate their effectiveness

Analyze turnover, hiring, retention, and other Human Resources metrics
Requirements: At least five years of Human Resources experience
Three or more years of leadership experience
Vehicle access and willingness to travel monthly
