This Asset Protection Team Leader supervises Asset Protection activities and ensures programs, policies, and procedures are followed. The position leads Site Associates through positive communication, coaching, and engagement. It also supports physical security, incident investigations, emergency response, training, and Total Loss initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Asset Protection activities across 24/7 operations
Inspect workplaces for safety, physical security, and associate security
Investigate and document theft, damage, breaches, and shrink incidents




Support emergency procedures and maintain equipment testing records
Schedule personnel while monitoring timekeeping and attendance
Requirements: Be 18 years or older
Lead associates through positive communication and coaching
Support operational departments with secure work procedures
Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective measures
Participate in audits, data analysis, and shrink mitigation
