TreeHouse Foods seeks an HR Generalist for its Brantford facility manufacturing quality griddle products. This 20-month contract supports employees and management through recruiting, payroll administration, policy application, and workplace investigations. The position requires two or more years of related Human Resources experience.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain visibility and interaction with employees across all shifts
Manage full-cycle hourly recruiting and employee orientation
Enter and audit employee data in Workday
Assist payroll, attendance, headcount,



and recruitment reporting
Address concerns and conduct workplace investigations professionally
Requirements: Two or more years of related Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience and education
Workday or Dimensions UKG experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Manufacturing or collective bargaining experience preferred
