This Lead OT Engineering role owns the fuel program’s daily work plan, team workload, and delivery commitments. You will coordinate local execution with Torrance specialists while supporting power, networks, security, operational data, and FactoryTalk platforms. Key Responsibilities: Set priorities and maintain realistic manufacturing-focused work plans
Assign work, coach employees, and address missed commitments
Coordinate installation, testing, maintenance, and vendor activities
Arrange specialist support and dependable cross-site handoffs




Maintain status records, issue logs, and completion evidence
Requirements: Direct people-management or supervisory experience
Experience coordinating concurrent technical or operational work
Disciplined task tracking and accurate documentation
Experience removing obstacles and escalating consequential issues
Technical specialization preferred, but not required
