Support HVAC customers through counter sales, phone service, and email communication as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for Daikin Comfort Technologies.
This position serves prospective and established customers within Branch Operations. You will identify needs, answer questions, create solutions, and support accurate sales processing. The work includes customer communication, product information, orders, quotes, payments, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service through walk-ins, calls, emails, and counter discussions
Process orders, purchase orders, quotes, payments, and delivery dates
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications
Educate customers about HVAC product features, terminology, and advantages




Coordinate shipments, returns, warranties, and customer problem resolution
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive sales and customer service experience preferred
Five-plus years of HVAC industry experience preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred
Microsoft Office and database application working knowledge
Ability to operate a forklift safely when assisting warehouse operations
Apply customer service, HVAC product knowledge, and accurate sales processing to support Daikin branch customers and operations.
