Red Seal Millwrights can support Parsons’ Faro Mines project through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections. Work rotates two weeks on and two weeks off.
Parsons seeks a ticketed Millwright/Industrial Mechanic for its Care and Maintenance team. The unionized Faro Mines worksite includes 12-hour shifts and welcomes local or fly-in/fly-out rotational candidates. You will maintain fixed equipment, pumps, pipelines, and water treatment systems while following protected work procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance and service fixed equipment
Diagnose mechanical problems and troubleshoot equipment faults
Rebuild components and coordinate with manufacturers when necessary
Inspect pumps, pipelines,



and pumping systems
Document completed work orders and communicate updates
Requirements: Valid Red Seal Millwright or Industrial Mechanic certification
Experience with multistage submersible, sump, and centrifugal pumps
Previous industrial or production plant experience preferred
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Apply mechanical expertise, pump experience, and safe maintenance practices as a Parsons Millwright supporting Faro Mines operations.
