Lead hunting and archery retail operations through team supervision, customer recommendations, and daily department execution. This position supports store opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead oversees successful day-to-day department operations. You will direct team members, train standard operating procedures, maintain presentation standards, and deliver legendary customer service. Related outdoor lifestyle experience and Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s product knowledge are assets.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead department team members with the manager
Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
Train team members on operating procedures and processes
Maintain signage, recovery, restocking,



and sales floor standards
Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable products
Requirements: Two or more years of supervisory sales or service experience preferred
Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to use judgment and logic when solving problems
Related field or outdoor lifestyle experience
Apply retail leadership, outdoor knowledge, and customer service skills while supporting hunting and archery department performance.
