Mercor seeks UI/UX Designers for contract work supporting AI model improvement. You will independently complete real design tasks using Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD. The work includes interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, user research, and usability testing.
Key Responsibilities: Complete and narrate real UI/UX design tasks
Design web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes
Create design systems using listed design tools
Explain design decisions clearly while working independently
Conduct user research and usability testing
Requirements: Two to three years of skilled experience
Current postgrad HCI or design enrollment accepted
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD
Experience with interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
MacBook or Mac meeting specified hardware and macOS requirements
