As a Disability Management and Leave Specialist, you will advise on disability, WCB, and leave programs. You will administer complex cases involving accommodation and fitness for work. Your work will support compliance, coordinated case management, and return to work outcomes. You will report to the Supervisor, Compensation, Perks and Pension.
Key Responsibilities: Advise on disability, WCB, and leave management programs
Administer complex disability leave and WCB cases
Coordinate accommodation and fitness for work cases
Partner with leaders, People and Culture, and providers




Improve programs through data and industry practices
Requirements: Three to six years of relevant human resources experience
Disability management and WCB administration specialization
Experience coordinating accommodation and return to work
Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration
CDMP, CRTWC, or equivalent certification considered an asset
Apply disability management, WCB administration, and accommodation expertise while supporting employees and the Co-operative Retailing System remotely.
