This Chef position supports remote workforce catering and requires five-plus years of Chef experience, preferably in camps or hospitality. You will prepare recipes, plan menus, oversee food preparation, and maintain food safety standards. Leadership, inventory management, and customer service are central to daily work.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
Plan menus and contribute seasonal dishes
Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff
Manage inventory, food costs, and supply ordering
Conduct daily Toolbox Talks and maintain safety practices
Requirements: Five-plus years of Chef experience
Mandatory Red Seal or Journeyman Cook certification
Valid WHMIS, Food Protected Advanced, and First Aid
Strong cooking techniques and food safety knowledge
Leadership and team management skills
