As an OMNI Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and manage operations under Company guidelines. You lead Managers and Associates, interpret sales and financial reports, control expenditures, and respond to market changes. The position also oversees operational plans, merchandise presentation, pricing, safety, compliance, and customer resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and profit goals through forecasts and budget management
Prioritize operational plans and direct Managers and Associates
Monitor safety, asset protection, quality assurance, and compliance controls
Resolve customer needs, complaints,



and issues within Company guidelines
Develop associates through feedback, training, recognition, and growth opportunities
Requirements: Be age 16 or older
Follow Walmart policies, procedures, and established operational practices
Handle merchandise and cash controls according to Company standards
Work proficiently across all store areas when needed
Support community events, programs, and sustainability efforts
