As a licensed Strata Manager, also called a Community Manager, you will manage residential strata complexes and council relationships. The position covers operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management across your portfolio. You will also coordinate projects, contractors, meetings, contracts, and emergencies while maintaining client expectations and precise deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Manage residential strata complexes within an assigned portfolio
Onboard recent strata complexes after contracts are confirmed
Coordinate portfolio projects, contracts, contractors, and emergencies
Create agendas, conduct meetings,



and complete accurate minutes
Administer budgets, expenses, invoices, and portfolio financial matters
Requirements: Valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA
Positive, enthusiastic, hands-on approach to client service
Ability to balance priorities and meet precise deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a team
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Bring licensed strata management, financial review, and client communication expertise to Associa Victoria's residential portfolio.
