Lead aerospace production at Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. through team leadership, production planning, and robust communication. This is a full-time opportunity.
The Production Leader supervises Team Leaders and employees across assigned production areas. You will coordinate staffing, SFM and KPIs, while supporting safety, quality, productivity, costs, and customer satisfaction. The position also involves boundary management, standardization, and production resources.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Team Leaders and direct production employees
Coordinate production planning, staffing, SFM, and KPIs
Advocate for EHS and maintain safety focus
Support engineering, technical needs, MOVE, and CIP
Manage boundaries, resources, materials,

Requirements: Technical degree or comparable work experience preferred
Minimum three years relevant Supervisor or Team Lead experience
Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen
Broad manufacturing experience, preferably within Schaeffler
Knowledge of production processes, SAP, and MS Office
Apply production leadership, planning, safety knowledge, and communication skills within Schaeffler’s aerospace manufacturing operations.
