Skyline seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Residential Operations team in Kingston, Ontario. You will provide on-demand and preventative maintenance across residential properties, supporting positive living experiences. The work includes minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, repairs, inspections, and fire life safety systems.
Key Responsibilities: Complete maintenance, painting, cleaning, and repairs in occupied units
Respond to requests, document notes, and communicate property updates
Prepare vacant suites through cleaning, repairs, and suite turns
Maintain common areas, building systems, and exterior spaces




Inspect emergency lighting and fire safety equipment
Requirements: Robust service mindset with positive professional relationships
Hands-on maintenance, painting, cleaning, and repair skills
General understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
