Support Raptors 905 basketball operations through event management, community initiatives, and internal communications in this internship with MLSE.
As part of MLSE’s NBA Gatorade League team, you will assist with day-to-day operational activities and team functions. The internship involves project management, partner research, player development programs, and collaboration across business departments. You will work with Ticket Sales & Service, Communications, Public Relations, Global Partnerships, Marketing, and Basketball Operations to support Raptors 905 objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Organize weekly cross-departmental communications meetings
Assist with event coordination, scheduling, logistics, and evaluation
Support community event planning and execution
Research community partners and develop partnership plans




Collaborate on player development program preparation and execution
Requirements: Current enrollment in a related university or college program
Creative problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking
Strong organization, attention to detail, and project management skills
Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Microsoft Office experience and flexible evening, weekend, holiday scheduling
Build experience in Raptors 905 operations through event coordination, community planning, communications, and cross-departmental collaboration.
