Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial models using in-house spreadsheet templates
Analyze property financials, rent rolls, budgets, and capital expenses
Review third-party reports and identify important property factors
Research demographic, locational, and market information




Draft marketing materials and client-facing deliverables
Requirements: Ability to conduct real estate and market analysis
Ability to use Excel for financial analysis
Capacity to synthesize economic and real estate trends
