Phasor, a Quanta Services subsidiary, is expanding its Ontario Transmission Line Engineering team. This leadership position supports North American ECI and EPC projects through conceptual design, detailed engineering, construction support, commissioning, and startup. You will mentor engineers, coordinate resources, and help grow the transmission practice.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop transmission engineers and designers
Coordinate workloads across concurrent transmission projects
Oversee overhead and underground transmission engineering delivery
Review, seal,



and maintain engineering deliverable quality
Manage schedules, budgets, risks, forecasts, and performance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
Ontario P.Eng. registration or immediate eligibility
Minimum 10 years of transmission line engineering experience
Proficiency with the PLS software suite
Leadership experience developing engineering teams
Bring transmission expertise, PLS proficiency, and people leadership to Phasor’s Ontario engineering team in Mississauga.
