Build agents and automations for leaner growth programs
Requirements: Five to seven years in growth or performance marketing
Early-stage startup experience from pre-seed through Series A
Track record helping grow $1M to $10M ARR
Solid content marketing judgment and conversion-focused copywriting
Technical comfort connecting tools and writing lightweight code
Build repeatable acquisition engines for Ground through content marketing, paid channels, experimentation, measurement, and AI automation.
