Lead mechanical engineering for MMM projects at Worley in Oakville, Ontario, applying equipment design expertise and multidisciplinary leadership. This is a full time position.
As Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will direct design and delivery of process and utility equipment. The position requires experience with mining, minerals and metals projects, technical specifications, design calculations, drawings, and applicable standards. You will partner with project teams, customers, suppliers, and authorities to support compliant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical engineering from concept through commissioning
Approve specifications, calculations, drawings, and vendor data
Support procurement, construction, studies, and project execution




Coordinate design registrations with Ontario authorities
Coach engineers and represent mechanical engineering with clients
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
15+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
Professional Engineer registration with Professional Engineers Ontario
Experience leading brownfield and greenfield MMM projects
Eligibility to work in Canada
Apply mechanical leadership, process equipment knowledge, and regulatory experience to Worley projects based in Oakville, Ontario.
