Clio seeks a Senior R&D; Operations Specialist for Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams. You will build operating systems, planning rhythms, and shared information sources. The work connects priorities, milestones, dependencies, owners, decisions, risks, and progress across Clio Work, Enterprise, and related product areas.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain sources of truth for portfolio priorities and progress
Strengthen planning cadences, leadership syncs, showcases, and QBRs
Create workback plans for complex product initiatives
Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Research, GTM, and Data
Track quarterly and annual OKRs across portfolios
Requirements: Five-plus years in operations, program management, or related technology roles
Solid program management across teams, leaders, and stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving systems
Strong analytical skills and AI workflow curiosity
Bring systems thinking, structured planning, and stakeholder coordination to Clio’s R&D; operating foundation across North America.
