You will develop solutions, analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and contribute to programs, communications, and change management. The role works mostly independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Three to five years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Human resources designation preferred
Human resources compliance and communication proficiency
Analytical problem solving and analytics insights proficiency
Use human resources solutions, analytical insight, and communication skills to support BMO’s Private Wealth business strategies.
