Shape CIBC’s workplace strategy in Toronto through real estate transformation, employee experience, and evidence-based recommendations. Work in a hybrid arrangement, onsite one to three days weekly.
As Director, Workplace Strategy, you’ll translate CIBC’s Global Workplace Experience Strategy across enterprise and flagship environments. You’ll advise leaders, develop workplace standards, and align transformation with business priorities and future workforce needs. Research, data, and team member feedback will guide practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead workplace strategy execution across real estate transformation projects
Provide strategic advice aligned with enterprise priorities
Evaluate trends, research, feedback, and workplace data




Develop change materials and enablement approaches
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements: Ten years’ experience in workplace strategy and real estate transformation
Experience with strategic planning and change enablement
Degree or diploma in a relevant field
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience influencing leaders and developing strategic team goals
