Oakville hybrid internship supporting AI strategy, governance, research, and adoption across Ford of Canada’s business functions and dealer network.
As an AI Strategy Intern, you will work with the AI Strategy Manager on enterprise automotive initiatives. Your work spans emerging AI research, governance, dealership enablement, and internal communications. You will also support presentations, data analysis, dashboards, and action tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Research emerging AI tools, platforms, and automotive industry trends
Support AI governance, use-case intake, and pilot tracking
Create training materials and dealer-facing best-practice guides
Track dealership adoption and compile feedback and performance metrics
Prepare presentations, dashboards,



status reports, and meeting actions
Requirements: Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or AI degree
Undergraduate or graduate program currently in progress
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and generative AI tools
Analytical research, communication, and presentation skills
Availability May through August 2027 and school return
Build hands-on experience in AI strategy, dealer enablement, governance, and automotive business transformation at Ford of Canada.
