Agnico Eagle Mines Limited is seeking a Continuous Improvement Superintendent at the Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. You will lead CI initiatives, drive MOS implementation, coach leaders, and coordinate across site functions to deliver operational excellence.
With 7+ years in CI or related roles, you will promote Lean Six Sigma methodologies, develop cross-functional capabilities, and ensure alignment with business priorities while managing a lean team and scalable improvements.
