As an experienced People and Culture Lead, you will guide the local team and partner with managers. The work covers employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, and compliance. You will support an inclusive, high-performing workplace where people feel valued and empowered.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the local People and Culture team
Partner with leaders on culture and employee feedback actions
Manage investigations, discipline, performance, and terminations fairly
Support offshore workforce planning, rotations, and crewing
Maintain policies, compliance, reporting,



and audit readiness
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred
Qualified HR qualification preferred, including CIPD or CPHR
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strategic business understanding and solutions-focused judgment
Knowledge of Atlantic Accord legislation and offshore regulations
