Matcor Metal Fabrication Inc. seeks a Human Resources Generalist for day-to-day onsite HR support in manufacturing. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, leave management, training, and compliance activities. The role supports employees, supervisors, and managers across core human resources processes.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as first contact for employee inquiries and HR concerns
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
Conduct orientations and prepare onboarding documentation
Maintain employee files, HRIS records, and training records
Support investigations,



performance management, leave, and return-to-work programs
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
One to three years of Human Resources experience
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Exposure to employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration
CHRP designation completed or in progress considered an asset
Bring employee relations, recruitment, HRIS, and compliance capabilities to Matcor Metal Fabrication's Ontario manufacturing operations.
