At Desjardins, you will serve as a financing expert and resource person for the caisse. Listen to member and client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and help identify expected results. Balance satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management while working with partners and experts on integrated strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Advise members and clients on suitable financial strategies
Identify expected results with members and clients
Manage relationships and assess satisfaction and service quality




Monitor financial services trends and field best practices
Represent the caisse during community outreach activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Interpersonal savvy and customer focus
Apply financial expertise, relationship management, and product knowledge to support Desjardins members and clients on site.
