This regular, full time eHomecare position supports patients throughout Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton. Under a Directing Registered Nurse’s guidance, you will provide personal care, assist daily living, administer medications, and engage families. Specialized VON training expands your practice.
Key Responsibilities: Observe and document patients’ electronic medical records
Provide personal care and daily living assistance
Administer medications under Directing Registered Nurse guidance
Communicate through real-time electronic monitoring technology
Modify care plans with the Directing Registered Nurse
Requirements: Personal Support Worker certification
One to two years’ experience as a Personal Support Worker
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Personal vehicle, driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
Satisfactory Criminal Records Check and PPE ability
