As a Technical Program Manager, you will guide complex cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff through launch. You will work with senior engineers, product leaders, and Brokerage leadership while coordinating design, customer experience, and operations partners. The team is also exploring AI across planning and launch readiness.

Own plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate product, design, operations, and engineering partners




Write concise leadership updates and technical narratives
Unblock work and improve AI-supported program practices
Requirements: 5+ years in technical program management or similar work
Strong system design understanding; coding is not required
Working familiarity with AWS and infrastructure concepts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Initiative, organization, and comfort resolving blockers independently
Bring technical program leadership, structured execution, and AI curiosity to Robinhood Brokerage programs in Recent York or Menlo Park.
