As Theatre Manager, you will maintain Company standards while overseeing Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail operations. You will guide venue management, execute Groups & Events, and support business performance. The role requires financial awareness, relationship building, and schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
Keep checklists, inspections, and facility standards current
Execute Groups & Events within the venue
Recruit, train, coach, and develop venue management
Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects
Requirements: Experience working in a similar workplace
Ability to lead teams during high-volume business periods
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work extended hours as required
Bring operational leadership, customer solutions, and financial focus to Cineplex’s Oakville venue as Theatre Manager.
