Apply sonography expertise in abdomen and obstetrics/gynecology at William Osler Health System, with opportunities to support wide-ranging patient care needs. This casual position may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic procedures that aid patient diagnosis and treatment. The work includes abdominal and obstetrics/gynecology imaging, with experience in paediatric, breast, vascular, or musculoskeletal studies preferred. You will collaborate with radiologists and maintain Osler’s patient-focused standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform abdominal and obstetrics/gynecology ultrasound procedures
Support diagnosis and treatment through diagnostic imaging
Observe hospital and departmental policies and procedures
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold Osler’s values
Complete other duties related to the classification
Requirements: Sonography Canada CRGS certification preferred
CRVS certification or eligibility preferred
Experience in general abdominal imaging preferred
Experience in obstetrics/gynecology imaging preferred
FMF NT certification considered an asset
Bring abdominal and obstetrics/gynecology sonography capability to Osler while delivering accurate imaging and compassionate patient care.
