Requirements: Accredited nursing education and two to three years’ acute care operating room experience
Active CRNA registration and practice permit
Perioperative nursing certification, program completion, or equivalent experience
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
Orthopedic operating room scrub and circulating experience
