Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise safety management software rollout across all sites
Standardize SOPs for federal and provincial regulatory compliance
Monitor safety indicators and report performance to senior leadership
Lead governance, audits, and corrective-action routines
Develop emergency preparedness and crisis-response planning
Requirements: Seven to nine years of health and safety experience
In-depth federal and provincial OHS legislation knowledge
Enterprise software implementation and change management experience
Safety standards development and incident investigation skills
Engineering or health and safety degree
Apply enterprise leadership, regulatory knowledge, and safety systems expertise to strengthen Maple Leaf Foods’ network-wide performance.
