As an Associate reporting to Payments Product, you may support cross-GTB initiatives spanning strategy, design, commercialization, and marketing. The work connects client needs, product capabilities, operational workflows, and technology across Global Transaction Banking. You will help inform priorities through structured requirements and market insight.
Key Responsibilities: Document and manage requirements across GTB product initiatives
Draft client pitches, conference proposals, and advisory board notes
Prepare research for thought leadership and press releases
Analyze market segments, revenue pools, and related data




Identify opportunities through client, competitor, and industry research
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or five-plus years of relevant work experience
Strong analytical skills and practical recommendation development
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
Curiosity about business processes, technology, and product capabilities
