McKesson seeks a strategic Lead IGA Solution Architect to define identity security strategies, target architectures, and implementation roadmaps. You will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, HR, compliance, audit, and business teams. The work includes lifecycle management, RBAC, access certifications, SoD, and automated provisioning across cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities: Architect enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions
Design lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access workflows
Develop RBAC, certifications, SoD, and policy frameworks




Configure SailPoint ISC integrations using REST, SCIM, JDBC, and LDAP
Lead identity transformation and Zero Trust architecture initiatives
Requirements: 10+ years in cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, or security architecture
7+ years with SailPoint ISC or IIQ
5+ years supporting Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
3+ years developing architecture roadmaps and identity strategies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Apply enterprise architecture, SailPoint, lifecycle management, and governance expertise to strengthen McKesson's identity security.
