Lead Ganotec’s Quality team and program as a Senior Quality Manager overseeing industrial construction quality across assigned projects. Extensive travel or relocation is required.
This full time senior-level position manages quality for civil, mechanical, and electrical construction. You will develop project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures while coordinating with construction supervisors, schedulers, designers, and planners. The role supports reliable work aligned with project documentation, specifications, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage quality across civil, mechanical, and electrical construction
Generate project quality plans, inspection plans, and procedures
Coordinate project quality systems with construction personnel




Issue non-conformances and stop-work orders when required
Manage quality staff, schedules, duties, and training
Requirements: Degree in construction management or related engineering discipline
Seven or more years’ industrial construction quality management experience
QA/QC background on large-scope projects
Experience managing several quality inspectors
Ability to travel extensively and relocate as business requires
Bring industrial construction quality leadership, QA/QC expertise, and team management experience to Ganotec’s project program.
