Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering integration at AtkinsRéalis, managing interfaces, engineering inputs, and deliverable verification within an assigned project. The role supports day-to-day coordination across disciplines and packages.
Reporting to the Alliance Engineering Program Manager, you will support engineering management within a project environment. Your work includes interface management, design coordination, documentation, and verification against approved scope. You will collaborate with Design Leads, client representatives, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily interdisciplinary integration and interfaces between disciplines
Track technical interfaces, inputs, RFIs, assumptions, risks, and deviations
Identify design gaps, issues, EWNs, and required resolutions




Verify deliverables against approved project scope and requirements
Prepare design briefs, decision logs, RFI logs, and presentations
Requirements: Accredited engineering degree or related discipline
Five to ten years in linear infrastructure
Five years coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Experience with design and delivery in complex regulated environments
Qualified Engineer designation or Canadian eligibility is an asset
Bring engineering coordination, interface management, and multidisciplinary integration experience to AtkinsRéalis transportation infrastructure projects.
