Build major-project tenders across Canada with SB Canada, using quantity takeoffs and cost estimating expertise. Support both estimating and project delivery.
As an Estimator / Project Coordinator, you will work under senior estimating leadership within the Major Projects group. Your work includes tender document management, subcontractor quote coordination, cost estimates, scheduling support, and stakeholder communication. After award, you may support construction handover and project delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities: Organize tender documents, addenda, and bid correspondence
Complete quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
Manage and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
Build cost estimates and identify tender risks
Support handover,



scheduling, claims, and cost control
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil, geotechnical, or related engineering
More than three years of relevant construction experience
Hands-on quantity takeoff and quote management experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and estimating software experience
Willingness to travel across Canada as required
Bring accurate estimating, coordination, and project support skills to SB Canada’s major civil construction projects across Canada.
